The United States Ju-Jitsu Federation is more than just a centralized national organization. Instead, the USJJF is composed of many Regional Ju-Jitsu Organizations (RJJOs), and/or Regional Traditional Judo Organizations (RTJOs) that serve as State and Regional Associations under the USJJF banner. Additionally, the USJJF has other affiliate and partner organizations that work with us to achieve our goal to promote Ju-Jitsu and Traditional Judo in the United States of America.
Partner and affiliate Organizations are specialized organizations that have established rank, membership and promotion criteria. Those organizations accepted as Partners and Affiliates with USJJF receive automatic recognition of their members' ju-jitsu or traditional judo ranks as well as validation of their promotions. The criteria and benefits of becoming a Partner or Affiliate Organization are shown below.
