A Recognized National Multi-Sports Organizations (NMSO)
Voting Strength of Recognized National Multi-Sports Organizations (NMSO) and their representation and voice in the USA Traditional Kodokan Judo
NMSOs are provided voting representation in the USA-TKJ General Assembly as follows -
Criteria:
To affiliate with the USA-TKJ, a NMSO must submit a request for affiliation, pay the annual $500.00 affiliate membership fee and annually submit a verifiable list of their membership active in Judo who are substantially in compliance with WJF standards.
Benefits:
The block of votes assigned to all NMSOs combined is 15. When the total combined voting strength exceeds fifteen, the NMSOs will meet and select their fifteen delegates in democratic manner.

- Organizational Recognition by USA-TKJ, the National Governing Body for Judo in the United States of America with the WJF.
- Rank Recognition available for USA-TKJ members.
- USA-TKJ Official Event Sanctions.
- Under 1,000 Judo members = 1 vote
- 1,001 - 3,000 Judo members = 2 votes
- 3,001 - 5,000 Judo members = 3 votes
- 5,001 - 10,000 Judo members = 4 votes
- 10,001 - 15,000 Judo members = 5 votes
- 15,001 or larger Judo members = 6 votes
The block of votes assigned to all NMSOs combined is 15. When the total combined voting strength exceeds fifteen, the NMSOs will meet and select their fifteen delegates in democratic manner.
